By enrolling in our kitesurfing lessons or participating in any activities offered by Wind Wanderers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
Wind Wanderers provides kitesurfing lessons. Specific details about each service, including pricing and schedules, can be found on our website or by contacting our office.
Participants must be at least 7 years old to enroll in lessons or rent equipment. Minors must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver and be present during lessons.
All participants are required to sign a waiver and release of liability before engaging in any kitesurfing activities. This waiver acknowledges the inherent risks associated with kitesurfing and releases Wind Wanderers Kiteschool from any liability for injuries, death or damages incurred during participation.
- Payment: A down payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. - Cancellation: Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded. We reserve the right to cancel lessons due to weather conditions, in which case a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines provided by our instructors. This includes wearing appropriate safety gear, following instructions, and being aware of surrounding conditions. Failure to comply may result in termination of participation without a refund.
By participating in our activities, you consent to the use of your image and likeness in promotional materials, including photographs and videos, without compensation.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the current school location. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the current school location.
Wind Wanderers Kiteschool reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
